i'm looking into this, the program does not work from my workstation (win7), but it still works OK from my dev server (sp2013). I think it has to do with .NET version, missing dll or dependency.

I updated the project to fix this issue, a DLL was missing that caused the issue. .NET 4.5 needs an additional dll (Microsoft.IdentityModel.resources.dll) that was missing. Thanks for catching this!

Hi

I get the same error, which from what I can gather elsewhere may have something to do with our Office 365 setup being federated with ADFS. Is it possible to add a fix for this?

@Duncan,
I made some changes for the sp2013 version (to connect to Office365), can you download from OneDrive and try it out, see if it works? If it works, then I will update the main distro.
